BARN
Our barn is currently under renovation and will unveil its stunning new look by November 2025! The upgraded space will feature an HVAC system for year-round comfort, a black & white design, abundant natural light, a single-level dining floor, warm string lights over the dance floor, an elevated buffet area, and a featured bar with a lounge. The barn will comfortably accommodate up to 150 seated guests.

PEACEFUL AMBIENCE
It feels very relaxed here. With vast open land stretching as far as the eye can see, pastures dotted with grazing cows, and unobstructed views of the sunset reflecting in the lake, privacy abounds.

Our ranch is within a 20-minute drive of downtown Waco, Magnolia Market, Baylor University, McGregor Executive Airport.
Located between Austin and Dallas, we're just 90 minutes from both cities. From Houston, it's a 3-hour drive.
