Are there any discounts available?

Weddings booked within 3 months of the wedding date will receive a 15% discount on available dates.

Is there plenty of free parking?

Yes, free parking available for up to 100 cars.

Will there be other weddings on the same day?

No, we host just one wedding or event at a time.

How can I check if my date is available?

To check if your preferred date is available, please send us an email at hello@farmhouse1905.com. We'll promptly respond with the availability details.

How do I reserve my date?

A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required to secure your date.

What is the vendor policy?

Open vendor policy. A licensed catering company and a TABC-certified bartender are required.

Are dogs allowed on the venue?

Dogs are allowed outdoors and inside the Barn on a leash. Dogs are not allowed inside the farmhouse.

Are there any restrictions on decorations?

Candles: Only battery-powered candles are allowed. Not allowed in outdoor areas: rice, sparklers, candles, streamers, birdseed, glitter, helium balloons, confetti, silly string, fireworks, and plastic flower petals. Not allowed in indoor areas: Glitter and confetti smaller than 2”.

Is liability insurance required?

We require a $1 million event insurance policy with our venue listed as an additional insured. Approximate cost is around $200.

Are there any noise restrictions?

Music must end no later than 11 PM.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. However, a TABC-certified bartender must serve it.

Are there speakers available?

No, we do not provide speakers. If you hire a DJ, they will provide the sound system and/or microphones.

Is there a kitchen available for catering?

Yes, we have a newly built caterer's kitchen. It includes an ice machine, a two-door commercial fridge, a double commercial sink, and stainless steel tables.

Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?

In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held inside the Barn.

How many restrooms does the Barn have?

We recently completed the construction of restrooms for the White Barn in July 2024. There are separate restrooms for women and men, each featuring 2 stalls and full-length mirrors.
