HISTORY
The venue's name, Farmhouse 1905, originates from its history. Construction of the main house began in 1887, aligning with the settlement of the farm. By 1905, the house was fully completed. Its grand opening was celebrated in style, with the house lavishly furnished, adorned with wall-to-wall carpets and lace curtains complemented by velvet drapes. This momentous occasion was commemorated with a large and joyous celebration. Meanwhile, cotton thrived on the farm's land, adding to its agricultural heritage.
TODAY
Today, Farmhouse 1905 is a place to celebrate life's special moments. Located in the countryside, just a 20-minute drive from Waco, TX, this beautiful wedding venue has everything needed for a memorable event: beautiful natural surroundings, lodging on-site for 18 guests, and a 3900 sq.ft white barn for the reception.
