Most couples use Friday for a rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering in the barn or outdoors, timed for golden hour over the ranch. Set your tables and chairs wherever you want; our venue manager is on-site all weekend if you need anything. And since the barn is yours from the moment you arrive, most couples knock out their reception setup on Friday — which means Saturday stays distraction-free.
Saturday. You get married. Coffee on the porch. No rush — you're already at your venue. A slow morning with the people you love. The farmhouse has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and two living rooms — plenty of room for everyone to get ready. We'll set up your ceremony chairs on the wedding day itself, ready at least two hours before your ceremony starts — earlier if you'd like. Setup follows the layout you choose.
Sunday. Breakfast together before your guests hit the road. Grab your things from the barn, check out of the farmhouse, and that's it — no rush, no reset required.

How many guests can stay on-site? Fourteen. The farmhouse has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Everyone else typically books a hotel in Waco or Temple, or a local Airbnb. Waco's an easy day trip, too — Magnolia Market at the Silos, Cameron Park, inland surfing at BSR Surf Resort, and no shortage of good barbecue.
Can we arrive earlier than Friday? Yes. Couples can extend their stay and check in as early as Thursday or Wednesday for an additional charge, giving more time to settle in, host guests, or simply relax before the wedding weekend begins.
Does the wedding weekend package include the rehearsal dinner, or just the wedding day? The entire stay is yours — couple can host rehearsal ceremony and rehearsal dinner, bridal brunch, photoshoots. The one rule is capacity indoors — gatherings inside the farmhouse are limited to 20 guests. Gatherings should take place in the barn or outdoors.
